Delivery to Buildings Without a Doorman

Do you live in a multi-unit building that doesn’t have doorman service? If so, that’s not a problem for Drive Cleaning! Simply follow these steps for easy delivery:

Step 1) First, you’ll choose a delivery schedule that works for you. You’ll choose between regular twice-a-week service, where a Drive Cleaning van will stop by your building to see if there is any cleaning to pick up, and “on call”, where you’ll need to call us to schedule each pickup.

Step 2) Next, you’ll need to figure out the best way for Drive Cleaning to deliver to your residence while you are not at home. In most cases, the best solution is to provide Drive Cleaning with a building key. This will allow you to have your clothes picked up and delivered right to your apartment door. You’ll be provided with a convenient door hook, from which your cleaned clothes will hang.
If you do not feel comfortable leaving your clothing outside in the hallway, you may also elect to provide Drive Cleaning with an apartment key. Your clothes would then be picked up and delivered directly into your apartment!

Step 3) Once a schedule has been established, you’ll bring to your drop-off location the night before your scheduled service day. (Pickups can occur as early as 7 am, so make sure you get your clothes there beforehand.) The following morning, your clothes will be picked up for cleaning.

Step 4) On your next scheduled service day, your Drive Cleaning driver will deliver your clothes back to your door, and they will be waiting for you when you get home from work. It’s that simple!
